If I Were Invisible by Lily Lawson Illustrated by Gustyawan #Review
Take a look at this children's rhyming picture book for 3-8 year olds. If I Were Invisible by Lily Lawson was published by The Wright House on May 28th.
Think of all the things we could get away with if nobody
could see us! But how long would the fun last, if we had to do it all alone?
This bright and entertaining children's picture book is accessible to young children and just right for sharing together. The bright and colourful illustrations fill the page. The story starts with a question and takes the reader through different situations which would happen if one was invisible. First of all, we have the exciting things which would be possible, leading the child on to consider some of the down sides and what and who they would miss out on. The structure is ideal for reading aloud and the text is large and clear. The story finishes as it started with a question, leading the reader on to further discussion.
Cat and Mouse say: Can you see us?
